  1. Returns

      • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
      • To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
      • Personalized or custom-made products and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

      • The message must include your order number, the specific item(s) to return, and the reason for return.

Partial refunds will be issued only in the event of defectiveness of the item. The item will be review and the refund will be issued in 1-2 business days.
